MISCARRIAGE of Justice OR ABORTION of Justice Administration

I did my Ph.D. as early as in 1983 and at the end of my doctoral studies, I came to the conclusion that there was nothing called JUSTICE and what one would see in this world was JUSTICE as a MYTH and not a REALITY. Yes, justice was a MYTH for me. My second daughter was born to me in 1983, and I purposefully called her NEETHIE which meant JUSTICE.I wanted to see NEETHIE (നീതി)personified in my daughter and thus I had the personal satisfaction that I could convert a MYTH into a REALITY. During my research, I was able to find only ‘miscarriage of justice’ although I was not courageous enough to call ‘INJUSTICE’ at that time. In the name of administering justice,MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE was administered and we claimed that everything was O.K. in the city of Denmark.The rotten justice,the decayed justice,the wounded justice,the less justice,the perverted justice,the black justice and injustice- the type or category of justice administration was many and various.All of them could be put under a single word MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE.

MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE means in Dictionary “Failure to attain the just,right or desired result” and the miscarriage is seen more in other fields than in justice administartion. The word MISCARRIAGE is used often in the medical field and it means ABORTION. Abortion means in Dictionary the ‘expulsion of a fetus before it is viable , esp. between the third and seventh month of prgnancy’.In fact,abortions take place in the area of justice administration as well. As far as the administration of justtice is concerned,abortion means a failure to attain the objective or expulsion of justice without obtaining the desired result which is nothing but the truth. Just,listen now! How many people are taken into custody or arrested without any probable causes? How many false cases are registered and investigated? How many cases are investigated in a perfunctory manner? How many false witnesses are produced? How many pieces of evidence are concocted? How many records are manipulated? How many people are harassed, arrested,tortured,humiliated,victimised and done away with? How many cases are referred to as ‘Undetected’? How many innocent people are convicted? In how many cases,the investigations are wound up as found ‘miatake of fact’? How much property is plundered during the investigation? How much corruption is seeen at every stage of the progress of investigation and prosection? How many cases are falsely prosecuted? How many innocent people are remanded? How many trials are honestly conducted? How many cases are convicted without any prick of conscience? How many cases are acquitted without any guilt feelings? How many cases are without any bad influence? How many incarcerated are corrected and reformed?

For heaven’s sake,I do not want to elaborate the list any more. When I wrote a book on police crimes,I did enumerate several hundreds of crimes committed by police during the course of their work and I do not want to repeat the same here. Honest answer to the questions raised above and similar questions will give more or leass a picture of the extent and intensity of the MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE or ABORTION OF JUSTICE.When the SYSTEM cannot fiund a solution to the problem,then the SYSTEM itself is the problem.What can be done then?
